The Company makes a core contribution of 6%. On top of this, if you choose to contribute, the Company will also match your contributions up to a maximum of 6%.
Take action: Look out for an email inviting you to visit the ELEMENTS website and select employee flex matched contributions and other flexible benefits. You can make your choices on the ELEMENTS website every 3 months.
